Each instrument is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India and carefully inspected, tuned, and refined by a seasoned musician at our Hollywood, Florida facility before shipping. However, if you encounter an issue or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the instrument must be in its original condition, free of damage or signs of wear.
The original packaging must be included to ensure safe transit during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-tuned or specially commissioned tanpuras.
Instruments damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tanpura arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the instrument and packaging to help us assess the situation. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at Info@TheSoundsofSamadi.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any
supporting images.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
Shipping the Item: Use secure and trackable shipping method to send the instrument back to us. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or defect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned instrument in its original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your tanpura for another, please initiate a return first. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new instrument to you. Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
